These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the services provided by Core6 Marketing (“we,” “us,” “our”) to the client (“you,” “your”). By engaging with our services, you agree to the following terms:
We provide digital marketing services including website design and development, SEO, PPC advertising, hosting, and related digital solutions. The specific scope of work will be outlined in individual proposals, quotes, or project agreements.
Project timelines are estimated and may vary based on client responsiveness, revisions, and third-party dependencies. We do our best to meet agreed-upon deadlines, but delays outside of our control may occur.
You agree to provide all required content, images, access credentials, and approvals in a timely manner. Delays in communication or content delivery may result in timeline extensions or additional costs.
All work is prepaid unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. For hourly work, our current rate is $150 per hour. Payment is due before work begins. For fixed-price projects, a deposit may be required to begin work, with the balance due upon completion or according to milestone agreements.
Each website design project includes a set number of revision rounds, as specified in the proposal. Additional revisions or change requests beyond the original scope may be billed at our hourly rate.
We include a 30-day post-launch period for website projects. During this time, we will fix any bugs, coding errors, or design inconsistencies at no additional cost. After 30 days, all updates, fixes, or changes (regardless of size or cause) will be billed at our hourly rate and must be prepaid.
Upon full payment, you own the final website design and written content. Core6 Marketing retains ownership of all working files, stock photography licenses, and tools used to build or manage the project, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
We may recommend or use third-party platforms (such as hosting providers, plugins, ad platforms, etc.). We are not responsible for changes, issues, or fees related to these services. You are responsible for any additional third-party costs unless otherwise stated.
We will not share your sensitive business information with outside parties, and we expect the same in return. Confidentiality covers pricing, proposals, and strategic documents.
You may cancel services at any time in writing. Any outstanding balances for work performed to date are still payable. We reserve the right to terminate our working relationship at any time due to non-payment, breach of terms, or unprofessional conduct.
We do our best to deliver high-quality work, but we are not liable for indirect losses, website downtime, traffic loss, or revenue impact caused by technical issues, third-party service failures, or miscommunication.
Core6 Marketing reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of major changes when they occur.
